Yes! Every Stoneglass Marketing website is 100% designed from scratch. Rather than start from a premade template, we design your site around your existing content so it’s a perfect fit.
This attention to detail is why we only work with clients with existing websites. Since we don’t create new content and branding (unless requested by you), we can focus all our efforts onto designing you the best possible website at the lowest possible price. (If you do want new content or pages added, no worries! We’ll bill the work as an add-on at the hourly design/development rate determined by your plan.)

Billing starts once your new website is approved by you and live online. Your mockup is always free, and we’ll never charge you until you’re completely satisfied with both your design and your developed website.
Once you approve your site, you’ll be charged a setup fee (the amount depends on your plan). We’ll continue to support your website each month with ongoing maintenance, optimization, updates, and support. You’ll be charged the monthly rate specified in your plan.

No, we can 100% guarantee you’re not. Because we don’t offer ANY long-term contracts (unless required by your business, in which case we’re happy to oblige).
Every Stoneglass Web contract is month-to-moth. There are no early cancellation fees. No discounts for paying in advance.
We believe in working hard to earn your business each month. If we’re not creating value for your business, you shouldn’t be paying us.

There’s two key phases to running a business website:
Most web design agencies charge you $5-22k to create a completely custom website, then leave the time-consuming, tech-heavy maintenance to you and your team. Stoneglass Web offers an all-inclusive setup fee and charges a low monthly fee for hosting and maintenance.
Depending on your chosen plan, we’ll put 50-300 hours into creating your site redesign. This design and development work is provided free (minus a small setup fee for integrating your site with our systems).
This is, to be perfectly honest, a huge risk for us. We don’t require long-term contracts – if you leave after a month, we’ve put a lot of resources towards designing you a website (that we’ll never be fully paid for). But we’re so confident you’ll love our service that we’re willing to take on all the risk ourselves.
In short: we only make money if you value the work we do every month.
So no, the setup fee isn’t the cost of your website. Your website is much more valuable than that (and we’re giving it to you free). Consider it a show of confidence in us as we show confidence in you by investing time to design your site. We hope this is the start of a highly successful, long-term partnership.
SOME providers (and no…we won’t name names) say “custom” when they really mean “we’re going to take this generic template and add your logo.” We don’t work like that.
When we say custom, we mean 100% custom, built from scratch for your business. Every page designed to fit your content and needs. No templates, pre-fab sites, or copies of your competitors’ sites.
Schedule a call with one of our web professionals to request your free mockup. We’ll go over a few key details we need to get your project started, like your industry and current URL. We’ll also figure out your web design likes and dislikes.
If you don’t like your mockup, we’ll change it. As many times as you need until it’s perfect.
We offer unlimited revisions during the design phase of your website. With no extra fees and no judgment.

You can request adjustments to your website at any point:
Our philosophy is simple: if we don’t provide value for you and your company every month, you shouldn’t be paying us.
You will always have full control over your website. Before your Stoneglass Web redesign goes live, we’ll make a full backup of your old website. If at any time you would like to move to another service provider or hosting company, you can send them these files so that they can restore and host your old site.
After being with Stoneglass Web for 12 consecutive months, an add-on service will be available for you to receive daily or weekly ongoing backups of your new website for an additional $94. You are welcome to take this back up and move to another provider if you aren’t happy with our service.
Should you choose to terminate your Stoneglass Marketing contract after 12 months, we will no longer be able to provide hosting for your site or offer a discounted rate on hourly services. To prep your site for outbound migration, we will disconnect/terminate all licenses, services, and communication operated by Stoneglass Marketing. While we will provide all backups and needed files to successfully migrate out, Stoneglass Marketing does not offer outbound migration services. This would be the responsibility of your new website developer and hosting company.
Yes! You will have access to your website admin panel, so you can make changes yourself. All Stoneglass Web websites are built using WordPress – if you’re comfortable working on that platform, you’ll find it simple to edit your site. If not, we’re always here to help. You can request changes to your site through your Member Dashboard and we’ll get to work.
In order to provide the best service possible, we host all Stoneglass Marketing sites are hosted on our fast, reliable hosting platform. This allows us to ensure we can deliver on our promises of improved performance and search engine rankings.
In addition, it’s important for us to have access to your site’s hosting to perform routine maintenance and security checks. We need the ability to check code and make adjustments without getting locked out or blocked from this key part of your site.
The good news: hosting is included in every Stoneglass Marketing plan. When your new site goes live, we’ll cancel your old hosting and transfer your site with no downtime. This is done completely by our team in the back-end.
We build Stoneglass Marketing websites using WordPress, the most powerful and flexible content management system for small to midsize business websites. Unlike other providers who brag about their “groundbreaking proprietary systems,” we know to stick to what works. WordPress gives us the flexibility to integrate your website with all your existing systems, from your online calendar to your signup forms for your email newsletter.
